Effective July 1, 2015, the Accounts Receivable Monitoring Division will no longer entertain personal follow-up of applications on Importer's Clearance Certificate/Broker's Clearance Certificate. more
Importers and Customs Brokers who were issued provisional Importer's Clearance Certificate (ICC)/Broker's Clearance Certificate (BCC) and were not able to comply with the submission of the required certificates listed under RMO 1-2015 prior to the expiry of the said ICC/BCC have to re-apply pursuant to RMO No. 33-2014.
